Logout error and no admin bar

Hi,

I was having a problem with wp-super-cache, when I was logged in the admin bar didn’t show on the frontend of the site. Also when I tried to sign out I got an error saying

You are attempting to log out of (site name)
Do you really want to log out?

After a lot of searching I found that I had ticked the option
Make known users anonymous so they’re served supercached static files.

Unticking this option fixed the problem.

Thought I would share in case anyone else has this problem.
