Logo Thumbnail Scaling Wrong

Hello,

I’ve noticed a problem with the company logo that is being uploaded when it shows on the front end. All logos, no matter the dimensions aren’t scaling properly to fit within the small box to the left of the lob listing company name and position title. You can view the issue in this link:

How can I get the image to scale properly to fit within that box?
