You have the image file saved on your computer, right?
And you have an FTP client, such as FireFTP for Firefox, right?

I would resize the image on the computer to the size you want it. It’s currently at 325×86 pixels. Resize it the way you want it on your computer.

    Connect to the FTP client.

    Browse to coffeehouseweb.com/ –> wp-content/ –> themes/ –> profitmag/ –> images/

See that file called “profitmag.png”? You’ll need to replace that file with what you’ve got now.

Your logo filename is currently “cropped-url_2.jpg”.
So when you resize “cropped-url_2.jpg” on your computer, you will want to rename that file to “profitmag.png”.

Use the FTP client to overwrite “profitmag.png” with your new, resized logo.

    Done.
