Where can we see the website in question?
Hello. Please, I still need help as regards the above complaint. I am using contact form 7 on the website: https://etbookkeepingservices.co.uk
Anytime the form on the website is filled, the message is sent to the admin email as configured but the email image shows a question mark in a red background (As the sender image.) Is there a way I can configure the form to show a particular image (In this case the website logo) instead of the question mark I am currently having?
Thanks in anticipation

The message body has no logo image. That is why the email notification does not show the website logo.
Oh, thanks. Please, how do I include the website logo?
Hello @webtranquility,
Since you can use HTML in your Form tab, you could try adding something like this in the place you desire to show your site logo:
<img src="https://yoursite.com/logo.png" />
Just remember to check the Use HTML content type checkbox.
Best regards,
Yordan.
Hello @yordansoares
Thanks for your response. I will try it now and let you know if it works.
Thanks again for your help.
Hello @yordansoares
I have just tried it and it is not really working.
When I put the HTML tag on the subject space, it shows the code right in the mail (I have checked the HTML checkbox under the form)
When I put it in the message body area, the image was displayed, but that is not where I want it; I want it on the contact image, just like my image is showing on my profile, I want to see the logo when I receive an email.
Thanks for your help, I would be glad if you could please help check further, it will really be appreciated
Hello @webtranquility,
Now I understand: you mean the avatar that is assigned to the email address. This is not related or handle by Contact Form 7: this is determined by the recipient’s inbox provider or email client.
However, I found some info that could help you: How to add an email profile picture to any domain email address.
Best regards,
Yordan.
Oh, yes, the avatar, thanks.
I will check out the article. I am very much grateful. Thanks @yordansoares
