Logo Blurry

My logo is crisp prior to upload, but blurry once uploaded to WordPress. I tried the regenerate thumbnail plugin as suggested by previous reported issues in the forum, but it didn’t make any difference. I resized it in photoshop prior to the upload based on the recommended size 270 x 80.

Any ideas?
