Logins disallowed until whitelisted

    I may have a setting set somewhere that I cannot locate causing this issue.

    Users are unable to login until I have whitelisted their IPs. All login attempts are blocked by cerber as Spam form submission denied, even when they are not.

    Do you know where I change this setting?
    If it is not a setting, are there any known conflicts with the following?
    – Wordfence
    – LoginPress
