Hi, great plugin!

When I login with Microsoft the redirection results in a 404 Page Not Found for https://121excel.co.uk/SuperSocializerAuth/Live?code=…

It works with the other SM links and I note they are of the form /SuperSocializerAuth=LinkedIn, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
