The login widget seems to be loading by your theme, please try changing the step template type from ‘template for page builder’ to ‘default’ and this will load your themes header and footer on the CartFlows pages and it shall fix this scenario.

Thanks for writing back.
I can see you are using Elementor on your site. You can edit your page with Elementor and in the page settings, you can change the page layout to “Default”.
