I am trying to login to my site but keeps telling me its invalid i tried the lost password but it says its an invalid email address can anyone help the site has not even been started yet

I have tried reseting password and tried all my usernames and both my emaill addresses but it gives the same message ERROR: Invalid username or e-mail.
