Login shortcode not working after update

Hi,

Over the weekend we updated our site to Version 3.1.9.3 of the plugin and now we’ve noticed that the login shortcode is no longer working.

After entering the username and password, the form clears itself (resets) but doesn’t log in the user. No error message displays.

We didn’t change anything on the page. The code was working prior to the update.

Would definitely appreciate info on how to fix asap!
