Login Redirect Issue

Hi,

So I’ve just created a new user in the back-end and tried to login with it, but it times out saying it took too long to redirect (to the homepage). However, if I go to the /my-account page before logging in and then try, it’ll login successfully and stay on the /my-account page. Then, whilst logged in, if I navigate to the homepage, it’ll time out again? This is only happening to this one user. I’ve also tried deleting it and then trying again but the issue still remains. I’ve also tried changing the user role, but nothing. The homepage still won’t load for this user?

Any ideas please?
