Hi Karinaa,
Thanks for getting in touch. We’ll take a look to see if we can replicate the problem on our end and get back to you.
Hi Karinaa,
The problem could potentially be if users do not have cookies enabled. They would need to enable them to be able to log in correctly.
Thank you for quick respond. Unfortunatelly, it’s not the cookies. I am using firefox. The cookies for my site are activated. Sometimes the login works and like just now, after logging in it says “Login successful”, but the posts say: “You need to login to view this post”.
What is the “Login Time” option set to?
The login problem is not resolved, yet. It still exists: After logging in it shows “Login successful”. But the restricted posts still stay restricted. If I reload the page, then the restricted posts suddenly are unlocked and shown.
Hi Karinaa,
Is the login page on the same page as the restricted tag? The plugin uses cookies to save login information, which are only accessible on a page reload.
Hi Rustaurius
The login is in the sidebar widget.
Where can I adapt the text “Please log in to access this content.”. Then I would hyperlink it in there and direct the users to a new site. I hope it will work after.
Thanx and best regards
Karin
Hi Karinaa,
There’s a file called “Privilege_Level.php” in the “Shortcodes” folder. You should see that text on line 39 of that file, and you should be able to edit it there.
Thank you. It’s working, now.
