Login problems

when i try to log in it says that my password is incorrect, i cliked the ‘i forgot my password’ link and it said that an email was being sent. but i haven’t received the email still. I checked and I don’t have any filters on my email saying that all unknown email would be deleted, and i checked junk mail too. =/ any help? Thanks again =)
