Login not working anymore

    Hello,

    This is a nice plugin with a lot of features. I just discovered it and I hope it does all it says. I’ve been attacked by Spam bots recently and I had to install WangGuard and si Captcha.
    Jetpack’s bruteforce function was creating a lot of transient entries in my database, and it’s not removing them. I had thousand of them, and it was slowling down my site.

    Well, my problem is that when I activate the Login Protection of Shield, I can’t login to my site anymore, when I click on Login it just shoes a blank page. This happens whever I login from the widget or from the login page.

    I use Theme my login and BuddyPress, I guess there is a conflict.
    I don’t use the function ‘Rename wp-login.php’.

    You could try disabling some plug-ins to locate the conflict by elimination?

    I know the conflict is with BuddyPress, but I can’t turn it off….
    It’s like if Shield renames the login page URL even though I don’t ask him to do it, or something like that…

    If you’re getting a blank page, it’s probably generating an error. Could you take a look in the error log? Then send it along.

    Also, try disabling plugin modules until you find which exact setting or module is causing the conflict.

    Thanks for your help.

    I can see this error in Chrome’s console :

    Failed to clear temp storage: It was determined that certain files are unsafe for access within a Web application, or that too many calls are being made on file resources. SecurityError

    I turned off all other settings in the plugin (firewall, hack protection etc…) but I’m still getting a blank page 🙁

    Did you use Google Recaptcha option in the Shield ?
