login issue

    Hi, I am unable to access the account through my PC using Google Chrome or any other provider but I am able to access through my IOS Iphone. I use windows 10 and suddenly I have lost my access. I type the password and user name field and the cursor comes back to user ID. I am not able to proceed with the login. Could you please help me?

    This article lists 7 completely different ways to reset your password. Any one of them will work and do the job. Find the one that’s right for you and use that: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

    Many thanks Steve but I have changed the password but it didn’t work.

    On your PC, are you using a password manager that might be supplying an incorrect password?

    Try in incognito mode and manually type in the credentials, most probably as Steve said your browser’s password manager is auto-filling old credentials that are no longer valid
