Login from desktop application

    Hi all,

    I am currently developing a desktop application using the Qt framework. I would like to be able to login and access content on my WP site from within this application.

    I have managed to work out the authentication and is able to access a regular FTP for downloading content from it, without problems.

    I am totally new to PW can someone please point me in the right direction for documentation or useful plugins?

    there are a few desktop applications already written for WordPress
    Because it is impossible to support this question with a few posts…

    I suggest that you find one that is opensource and provides source code in the language of your choice and then see how they do it.

    Then hit the Codex for your additional questions.
