Login form widget error

    Hello,

    I have the login/register form widget, and I have activated the option to send a link when someone forgot the passoword. The error is, the user exists in WordPress, but when I put the correct email, it says the user does not exist and the email is sent. Could you please solve this issue?

    Sorry for any inconvenience that you faced.

    That seems unusual. Could you please clear the LiteSpeed caches from your website and clear the server caches as well? Then, try regenerating the assets following this link: https://d.pr/v/CyBLCR and check again?

    If you’re still facing the same issue, It would be really helpful to check if you could please share your Site Health Info with us. Please go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site Info to Clipboard.

    Then paste it in PasteBin and share the link with us. This will allow us to cross check the issue for you.
