Login Form not working

    Hi the pages are ok everything is fine but the login form is not working and I dont understand where can be the problem- I put the username and pasword and click on submit button but it refreshes the page and gives me the same login page as unlogged user so I cannot login from the ultimate member login form can you help me about this.

    I am facing with same problem. I have checked all support posts on UM website but I could not find the solution. please advise.

    The solution on my side is the mod security.If you have mod security enabled you must to disable it

    Thanks to UM Support they told me and I disabled and everything is going fine now.

    Mod security is a part of your web hosting (an apache module), Would be better to drop a mail to your web hosting support but Im not sure if your problem is there, in my case I resolved by deactivating mod security as I said you bove.You can check your Cpanel and search for Mod Security

    Hello,

    I appreciated your reply. I have talked to my hosting company, they disabled and not it works. But I am worried about it. We disabled some security protections like firewall. Isn’t a problem? can it create a security gaps?

    I also faced same problem with ultimate member log in form not been displaying. Then, I checked the plugin, I installed last time. It started working fine after deactivating Autoptimize plugin.

    you could do that, or you could try to configure autoptimize (as per the troubleshooting guidelines in the FAQ) to make sure UM works while keeping the performance advantages of AO 🙂

    I have also posted this question to you in another topic

    I am facing problem with login form shortcode for ultimate member plugin. I am using this shortcode on login page and in the text widget for sidebar shown on all pages.

    I tried putting /assets/css/content-shortcodes.css in Exclude CSS from Autoptimizebut it did not work for me. Sorry, I am new to wordpress, do not know anything about coding.

    Any suggestions?
