    Hey there Roy136,

    Hope you’re well today!

    The shortcode redirects users to wordpress login form rather then adding login form to the page and it only works if the “Login Required” option is set to yes. You can find the option in your admin area by navigating to Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Accessibility Settings, see screenshot http://screencast.com/t/mSmNFmc6QmO.
