Login failure, no dashboard shows

Hello all,

I am very alarmed because since this afternoon my login into the wordpress dashboard has officially disappeared. Originally, I would use the URL: http://www.globalnewsobserver.com
/wp-login.php?loggedout=true to get to the page where I would enter my login name and password. I would then be taken to the dashboard. However, this afternoon I tried to login to create a new post and instead of the typical login page, I got a stripped down version. In addition, once the login process allegedly went through, I was not taken to the dashboard; instead I was taken to a very screwed up version of the homepage in the website I am creating. I am very ignorant about wordpress, how it works, coding, etc and only know how to create posts and change most administrative settings. At this point I don’t know what happened, if I did something wrong, or if there stuff wrong with my account.

Can a patient knowledgeable member or moderator please assist me with this?
