Login failed

WordPress 3.9 running Lightspeed theme.

Hi. I hope I didn’t miss the answer to this in the forum.

I have a site with just about 6-8 pages that need to be password-protected (visible to members only).

I installed the plug in and adjusted the Members Only settings with no problems. I went to one of the pages to make it visible to members only and checked “only accessible by members” . In my list of pages I get a “lock” symbol now.

I thought this alone would require anyone who went to the page to login.

I logged out and tried to access the page, and received this message: http://www.sccpds.org/annual-meeting/annual-meeting-materials/?login=failed

Any thoughts on what I have done wrong? This seems like the perfect plug in for my situation, and it seemed very easy to understand. Until I got the error message :0
