Login Error

    I receive this error when trying to login:

    Warning: main(/home/thehotli/public_html/wp-includes/registration.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/thehotli/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 12

    Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/thehotli/public_html/wp-includes/registration.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/thehotli/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 12

    Any suggestions?

    Reading the error tells me that it can’t find:

    /home/thehotli/public_html/wp-includes/registration.php

    Is it there?

    Is it readable by the webserver?
