    The issue is with the recaptcha you’re using. It’s provided by the plugin “login lockdown”. I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/login-lockdown/#new-post so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    I think a quick solution would be to deactivate the “Login Lockdown” plugin. Since you can’t access the backend, this can only be done via FTP. Rename the directory /wp-content/plugins/login-lockdown/ there. Your hosting provider’s support team can tell you how to connect via FTP.

    Once you’re back in, you’ll need to decide whether you want to continue using the plugin. If so, ask in their support forum (via the link above) how to fix the problem before you reactivate the plugin, otherwise you’ll lock yourself out again.
