  • You mention updates being done, but it’s unlikely to be related to that. There’s an error message on your website that explains in a bit more detail.

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or that contact with the database server at shareddb-f.hosting.stackcp.net could not be established. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

    – Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    – Are you sure you have typed the correct hostname?
    – Are you sure the database server is running?

If you are unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host.

The website is working fine for me right now. Have you already resolved the issue – perhaps with the help of your hoster, who is actually responsible for it?

From the information you’ve shared, it’s hard to tell whether this is a bug or simply an unexpected outcome of the current logic.

Could you provide a bit more detail?

    • The exact steps that reproduce the issue.
    • What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
    • The relevant code or configuration involved.
    • Your WordPress version, PHP version, and the plugin version.
    • Any messages from your PHP error log, if there are any.

If the problem started after a recent update or configuration change, mentioning what changed can also help narrow down whether this is a compatibility issue or a problem with the logic itself.
