Are you able to login Instagram through web?
This is an error from Instagram. Did you updated your mobile app recently?

Another possibility to get this rid of is, using proxy for login. Our next version 1.2 of this plugin is going to release withing few hours. That have the capability to use proxy.

plugin is trying to reconnect every few minutes and keep sending email login errors
Plugin only try to connect when you update/publish a post. Looks you are using some auto posting/publishing utility which leads it to connect every time and maybe due to this reason, Instagram dislike your server IP and deny connection.
If this is the reason, then proxy may solve your issue. But still need to check what is going at your site.
