@chaefrancis1 – Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you may have an existing TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin installed already that is causing a conflict.
Please provide some additional information to help debug this issue:
– Where did you install/download the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin from?
– Did you install the Plugin from both the WooCommerce App marketplace AND WordPress.org?
– Do you currently have two Plugins listed on the WordPress Admin > Plugins for TikTok for WooCommerce?
For more context: We’ve seen similar errors occur when downloading/installing the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin from WordPress and then download/install from the WooCommerce version (or vice versa).
If the above sounds like your issue then you may want to deactivate and delete the previous/duplicate version that was installed continue setup after you have resolved this conflict.
Hope this helps!

Can you make sure that you have WooCommerce already installed and activated as well? Our Plugin only works with WooCommerce enabled.
In addition you should be able to use either version of the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin – either from the WooCommerce Marketplace or WordPress

Please let us know if this helps or if you are still encountering errors.
