Logged out for no reason

    Hello,

    I have been getting logged out for no reason after random time regularly since enabling 2FA. I would like to know if this is normal behavior or if it is a different issue.

    Hi @goudie35,

    2FA does not affect the expiration of your logged-in session. However, there is another setting which could be related, which is the “Limit logged in session duration located” feature located under Security -> Settings -> Login Protection -> Password Security.

    If that is set to 8 hours as opposed to the 48 hour default, that could lead to the behavior you described.
