Log In Issues

I am having an issue logging into my WordPress. In the log-in screen I input my user-name and password, and the screen just refreshes when I click log=in. It’s the correct password. Just in case I went into my SQL and changed the password. When I put in an incorrect password I get an error message. When I put in the correct password the screen just refreshes. I attempted to retrieve log-in and got a message about that action being suspended by my host (godaddy.com), except they claim it is a WordPress issue. Any ideas? I’ve cleaned cookies, changed passwords and emails and that’s all I could find suggested to do.
