Loco doesn't pick up .pot file
-
Hello, Tim!
I wrote you before about .po and .mo problem. And after that my theme developers solved that problem with your advice of how the translation must work in a standard way. But I’ve an issue with Loco again. Let me paste the answer from theme developers:

“There is definitely an issue going on here. I’ve double checked Renden Pro with Loco Translate on 2 servers here, so have tested on both a local and live server. Each time Loco Translate works absolutely perfectly. Here’s a screenshot which shows the Loco Translate screen, you’ll notice that the renden.pot file is picked up corectly:

On your website however, Loco Translate is not behaving in the same way. It doesn’t even pick up the .pot file in the languages folder. The theme itself has been setup correctly in line with not only WordPress standards, but also what Lock Translate themselves advise.
I’ve downloaded the theme files from your server and these are exactly the same as the ones on our end, and those I used during testing. The issue here is with Loco Translate. Have you contacted Loco Translate? The theme contains a .pot file in the folder /languages exactly as described on the Loco Translate website:
https://localise.biz/help/wordpress/translate-plugin/beginners
So the theme has been setup correctly.
There must be a variable here, and Loco are the guys to help. They’re plugin is not analyzing the theme correctly and is not picking up the correct translation file”
In my website Loco only picks up thinkupshortcodes.pot, however there is an renden.pot file. Here is the screenshot: http://pho.to/9yVg3
So, could you please look at this problem, I’ll be grateful for your help. My site url is katev.kz, theme name is Renden_Pro, if you’d like I can provide FTP credentials or site login details for you. Thank you!
