Locked out (overload database because wp hoover)

This morning impossible to connect to my wordpress admin.

Everything’s ok with name and password (I receive an wordfence email for each attempt)

But this night OVH sent me an email : database overload…

(I suspect that the famous wp hoover of wordfence plugin has mysteriously increased as usual)

How can I disable wordfence and its firewall (with FTP for example) to be able to access to my admin panel again?
