Locked out from my wordpress website

Hi Nicole,

If you got locked out of your own site as a result of Shield, you can forcefully turn off all restrictions made by it.

Once you’re back in, it would be good to check your audit trail logs (Shield => Security Dashboard => Audit Trail) to see what’s triggering the block. Then, you can debug the problem.
