Locked out by Aweber plugin

I installed a couple of Aweber plugins to add an opt-in for my email list. I tried to get an authorization code to connect my Aweber account with my WordPress account, and now I’m locked out of my WordPress website. I keep getting the message that my cookies aren’t enabled, which they ARE. I’ve repeatedly disabled and re-enabled my cookies and cleared my cache to no avail. I disabled the Optin Cat plugin through my Aweber account, but I’m still getting this error. When I try to log in to my site, this is what appears at the top of the WordPress login page:
