locked cc fields in microsoft explorer

    I installed Braintree for Woocommerce yesterday (was using an old braintree plugin from woothemes before). It’s working great in Chrome and Firefox, but in Microsoft explorer, the credit card fields in the checkout page cannot be filled in! Any suggestion?

    Hi @srooster

    Check to see if you have compatibility mode running in explorer. That will cause it to revert to some older version of explorer like IE8.

    You want compatibility mode off so explorer can use the latest version.

    I checked and compatibility mode is off.

    I am running Exporer 11 on windows7. 

    I am not sure what the customer who called is running.
