if you are using custom menu then you can select Links in left sidebar and set link/url to #.

This works fine
but if I added a new page. and there are sub menus under it
Then how to lock it in the menu with #.
What do you mean exactly by “locking” it?

like I wanna put products no one can click on it to open the page
they can go to sub menus only
make parent menu as a link with # in url and add sub items as pages.

it won’t work if I add a page I can’t find parent since it is a link
