Location Not Found (sometimes)

Hi,
I’m trying to run some tests on this plugin before broadcasting the pages to our subscribers (so that they can submit their own events). I entered one event (the HubSpot Cambridge event), and had no problem with the location showing up on the map. However, every subsequent event (see https://worldusabilityday.org/events/test-wud-user-submitted/) I have tried to create shows as “location not found”. I’ve tried this with multiple addresses, to no avail.

I’ve gone through the API documentation as best I can (it’s outdated), and as far as I can tell I’ve enabled everything appropriately. Any insight would be appreciated.
