Localization does not work!

    I installed this plugin because some parts (TOP NAV) of my theme was not translated to German. Installation and activation was fine but neither edit nor rescan or add a language works. Basically nothing works on the localization page.
    When I try to enter the tabs (word press, plugin, themes etc), I get the message
    “Du hast keine ausreichenden Rechte, um auf diese Seite zugreifen zu können.”

    For some plugins, I get compatibility warnings like the following for the theme:
    WooThemes Issue: The Author is known for not supporting a translatable backend. Please expect only translations for frontend or contact the Author for support!
