Localization and other Problems

First Problem:

I translate the Plugin with CodeStyling Localization into German.
So far everything is fine but there are 3 thinks i translate but the show up in englisch again:

Protein = Eiweiß
Carbs = Kohlenhydrate

Servers = Portionen

The next think is: How can i use the Nutrition Facts?

And the last think: i set a amount for yields, but its not showing up on the post entry?!
