Strangely, even on the real host, the email customization section does not work!

I did this test on WordPress without content (only WooCommerce is active & astra theme ) and the email customization part, your plugin has a problem and won’t load. I even tested with Arabic and English WordPress, but the problem remained.
Also, I do not use any other email customization plugin.

Thanks for your reply.
You can’t customize the Activation/Confirmation email template with the free version of our plugin. In order to edit the email templates, you would need to utilize a feature that is only available in the plugin’s Pro version. As the WordPress Forum Guidelines restrict us from discussing commercial features here, could you kindly contact us through our forum?
