Local wordpress does not update to version 4.2.1

    Local wordpress does not update to version 4.2.1 automatically.Message tells me Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C: \ Users \ User \ Desktop \ EasyPHP-devserver-14.1VC9 \ data \ localweb \ wordpress \ wp- includes \ class-http.php on line in 1589. I’m no expert to install update manually. Thank you very much for help.

    The manual update is not all so difficult so long as you follow instructions.

    thanks for the reply, I looked on the website of wordpress but I do not understand the instructions, can you please explain to me how to do? or where to find the instructions easier to update wordpress locally?hopefully I can back up and then new install wordpress?
