Local Timezone

    Hello,

    My server provides and stores 2 timezone (Local and UTC). When I use [_date] and [_time]
    in the mailform, it always grab UTC timezone, even I set local timezone in wordpress general setting.

    How can I get local timezone instead for receiving mails?

    Please advise. Thanks in advance!
