local install

okay I need some help here is my setup I currently have a server that i have a website on and it is live this runs great no problems i can see the website from my second computer by typing in the local addy 192.168.1……….. works fine the question is where would i tell wordpress to go i mean so i can see it locally and also adapt it into my website it defaults to localhost and i know this is not going to do it but what ever i try i cannot see wordpress at all error 403
