I want to delete all local product attributes with a specified name.

Unfortunately, WooCommerce does not provide a built-in feature to bulk delete local attributes. You would have to remove them from each product manually.
However, you can use a custom script to achieve this. And if you want to delete all attributes, you may follow the solution shared on this thread.
Alternatively, with the help of the Smart Manager plugin or Bulk Edit Products, Prices, and Attributes plugin, you can easily bulk edit attributes – add, remove, or overwrite them in no time.
Additionally, to delete and create thousands of product variations within minutes based on attributes, you can use the WooCommerce Bulk Variations Manager plugin.
