• Please, your team should work on the new version update; it is slowing down many websites. I have, like, 4 websites that use the download monitor, so I disabled it because the version slow down the websites. Please work on it and update it as much as possible. Thanks

@henry1123 – any chance you could provide more details about this? How did you figure out it’s Download Monitor’s fault?

You’re the first one to report such an issue.

Since the update 5 days ago, my site keep on loading very poorly. I detected it and disabled the plugin. My website runs fine, but once I enable it, it keeps on repeating poor loading. Please check on the update again

    Hello @henry1123 ,

We haven’t made any changes in the recent plugin updates that could cause loading issues.

Could you please provide us with a few details to help us identify the cause?

    1. Which version of Download Monitor did you update from, and which version are you using now?
    2. Is the slowness affecting your website’s front end, the WordPress admin, or both?
    3. Could you install the Query Monitor plugin, open one of the slow pages with Download Monitor enabled, and send us screenshots of these panels: Overview, Queries by Component, HTTP API Calls, and Hooks & Actions?
