Loading issue, can´t add content rows

    Hello,

    I got the latest version 8.6 and wordpress updated.

    In both Estimates and Invoices, I am unable to add new content rows.

    There is a loading image instead of the fields. It stays blocked on the loading image and I can´t add rows.

    How can I fix it ?

    Hello Rom,

    This could be the result of one of two issues:

    1. You upgraded from a really old version of Sprout Invoices and the permissions weren’t correctly set. The fix is to deactivate Sprout Invoices, then reactive it.
    2. There’s a javascript error that another plugin is creating. I would need to see your browser’s console to see the error.

    I think if you try the first option things will start to work. If not than let me know what errors are in your browsers console.

    Deactivate and Reactivate it was the right trick. 😉
