Hi @rainer-r
Thank you for getting in touch, and we’re sorry you are having trouble with the Google fonts.
Can you please describe the issue you’re seeing for the Google fonts?
It would be super helpful to include the following:
1) Write out each specific step you take to see the issue.
2) Share any error messages (PHP logs, page errors, or dev tools console logs) you see.
For security, please email the error logs by submitting a support ticket on our website. Here’s how to:
1. Go to https://wppopupmaker.com/support/#submit-a-support-ticket
2. Click Other Support
3. Fill in the form
4. Click SUBMIT
Here’s a screen capture for your reference: https://share.wppopupmaker.com/geudGzB4
3) Attach or post screen captures of the issue (including error messages).
4) Explain what you expect to see or happen that’s not happening
5) Let us know what you’ve already done to try to fix the issue.
We also checked your site, and one of the text on the popup is using Google font Allerta.
While for loading the Google fonts, you can disable it under the Popup Maker > Settings > Misc > Asset. This is useful if the fonts you chose are already loaded with your WordPress theme.
Here’s an example of the settings: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2NumLkdQ
We hope that helps, and we look forward to your response.
Thank you for your quick help.
Problem solved.
Now I found the settings to stop loading google fonts from google.
Regards Rainer
