llms.txt wrong structure

I believe the generated llms.txt does not follow the recommended structure described at https://llmstxt.org/.

Currently, the file begins with:

Generated by Rank Math SEO, this is an llms.txt file designed to help LLMs better understand and index this website.

and only then outputs the H1 title.

According to the specification, the document should start directly with the H1 (# Title). Any introductory text should be placed as a blockquote or description after the H1, not before it.

The recommended structure is:

> Generated by Rank Math SEO, this is an llms.txt file designed to help LLMs better understand and index this website.

Optional details go here.

## Section name
- [Link title](https://link_url): Optional link details

The current implementation appears to cause the Google PageSpeed Insights Agentic Browsing test to report an invalid llms.txt structure.

Could you please update the markdown generation so that the file follows the official llms.txt specification and passes Google’s Agentic Browsing validation?
