Live Traffic Screen empty

Hi there,
For some reason since the plugin update from the day before I no longer see any data/events at all on the live traffic screen. Why is this the case? Before the updates of the last two days I never had an issue with this. Please advise as to how I can trouble-shoot. Thank you!
