Live Traffic not working v6.1.3
-
Live traffic is blank regardless which one I select from the pulldown.

Hi,
A few questions to help get you an answer. Are you having trouble saving other settings or just Live Traffic? Did you upgrade from a previous version or is this a new install?
You could try turning on the “Disable config caching” option on the Wordfence Options page.
Thanks,
BrianI’m having the same problem. Live traffic is blank and my Advanced Blocking list has disappeared.
@wfbrian I am just having with Live Traffic. I upgraded to 6.1.2 and to 6.1.3. In both cases the problem is the same.
I can’t figure out what’s causing it. I’ve tried disabling a few plugins but that didn’t have any affect. Since 6.1.3, I get no Live Traffic and my Advanced Blocking list has disappeared. If I check the error console on my browser it reports 500 internal server errors for admin-ajax.php.
Hi WFBrian, I am having the same issue and did not have that problem before the last two updates. Please advise.
Hi Brian, I fear I have a similar kind of problem.
My problem is that in the tab “Your Site Activity in Real-Time” I can NOT find the drop-down list! So I never can select the option “Blocked by Firewall”!
Those last days, since the BIG update, there seems NO activity at all on my site, while with the former version of Wordfence each day there were about 20 or 30 dubious visitors, some of whom tried to get in my admin.
Is there missing someting in 6.1.1. ánd 6.1.3, or do I oversee something?
Please dear Brian, I hope you can give me some certainty – or should I rollback?
Best wishes, Magda van Tilburg, Amsterdam
Hi again Brian,
As I mentioned in my earlier post, I am having the same issue, no live activity at all is being picked up. Is there any assistance you can provide us on this topic? Please advise. Thank you!Hi all,
If you are receiving ajax errors in your log files, have your host check the permissions on wp-admin and admin-ajax.php.
Also, if you have Falcon Cache (Performance) enabled, you will not see Live Traffic or have drop-downs in the new version.
If anyone is able, try removing Wordfence and all table data and then do a fresh install of Wordfence. There could have been an issue during the upgrade process and a clean install (not an upgrade install) may help.

Hi Brian,
In my case, I’m not receiving ajax error messages or any other error messages. Also do not have Falcon Cache performance enabled. Im just simply not getting any life activity feed at all. When you say remove Wordfence, are you suggesting deactivating the plug-in and then re-activating it? Please advise. Thank you!
Hi Brian, I also -like @paisleygirl- don’t receive any (error) messages. Falcon Cache is totally unknown by me. Wordfence is just blanc, without any unfolding option windows or drop-downs.
Maybe it’s better to wait what @paisleygirl’s experiences are with total shutdown and completely new install.
BUT! What do you mean with ‘all table data’? Is a removal of the plugin not sufficient? Where can we find those table data?
If you look on the Wordfence diagnostics page do you see any errors listed? Especially for MySQL.
Here is how to remove Wordfence and table data:
Dear Brian, I cannot find a diagnostics page. Under which tab would that be? I’m so sorry that -though I manage my website – I don’t know the deeper layers such as MySQL, whatever that may be…
Do you really think removing the plugin and reinstalling will give the dropdown menu’s and the data under ‘pages not found’ in Live Traffic?
P.S. Dear Brian,
I’m sorry: I rolledback to the earlier version, and there were no diagnostics.
But Wordfence on its own (!!!)just updated to the newest version and there i found the diagnostics. NO errors at all for MySQL, and neither for the other parts.
So we definitely have to remove the whole plugin, as is explained in your link above??
I have the exact same issue… rolling back changed nothing… no live traffic. As a matter of fact, there are other issues – firewall settings pulldown menu is blank until you hover over each item… something is definitely off with the update!
No errors shown in diagnostics section – all green checkmarks…
Also a full delete of Wordfence plugin and its data didn’t work.
When I reinstalled using only version 6.1.2 this time, it was still messed up…
This is what shows in my Live Traffic log – a single entry:

No events to report yet.Hi bluebearmedia, I have exactly the same NOTHINGNESS!!
No dropdown menu’s. All options have blanc windows. So sad to hear that a complete delete of the plugin and a fresh new installation did’nt help at all!!!
Do we have to find a completely new defence plugin then? 🙁
