    Lice Chat doesn’t work for about 2 months! You can type but you can send a message. Once you try to send a message, the licechat screen disappears. When you try to re-open the livecaht from the top-right help section of the dashboard, there are nothing happens. It doesnt opens the live chat again.

    even if you try to open with a different browser or device the pannel and see the automatic live chat screen that says do you need help?, you can’t send a message and its disappears when you try it.

    e are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with Live Chat for the past two months.

    At the moment, we are unable to reproduce the issue in our own test store. To investigate whether another app may be affecting Live Chat, we would need access to your store for further troubleshooting.

    Currently, we can only view your tracking page. Store access would allow us to check the issue directly and help configure it for you. Please don’t worry—you can remove our access once the issue has been resolved.
