Live builder not always updating

I’m having an unusual issue, in that some parts of the live builder are not working when I change them. I have downloaded the responsive template and been able to add my own logo colours etc, but there are a number of settings no matter if I toggle them off or on they don’t change (even when I save and send).

So in the header logo inside or outside the container, it doesn’t change its always outside. Same with footer content, if I set it to inside or outside its always outside. Social icons, don’t show up if I toggle on and off, and when I select a mobile view from the bottom of the screen it doesn’t change to reflect the mobile view.

Any thoughts? Even if I save, change, send and retry it still defaults to what the template comes with. There were a few other areas too like separators not showing up, even if I set them to a glaring red.

I have the latest version of WP, Woo, and the plugin. I can give you temp access if that helps.
