• I’m having an unusual issue, in that some parts of the live builder are not working when I change them. I have downloaded the responsive template and been able to add my own logo colours etc, but there are a number of settings no matter if I toggle them off or on they don’t change (even when I save and send).

So in the header logo inside or outside the container, it doesn’t change its always outside. Same with footer content, if I set it to inside or outside its always outside. Social icons, don’t show up if I toggle on and off, and when I select a mobile view from the bottom of the screen it doesn’t change to reflect the mobile view.

Any thoughts? Even if I save, change, send and retry it still defaults to what the template comes with. There were a few other areas too like separators not showing up, even if I set them to a glaring red.

I have the latest version of WP, Woo, and the plugin. I can give you temp access if that helps.

    Hey,
Sounds like you are overriding template files through your theme.

Go to woocommerce > status and scroll down to template files, look to see if you are overriding any email files. Any file you override you are in control of and thus not letting this plugin control it.

    HI Ben,

Thanks, I just double-checked and although there are a lot of template overrides (using Flatsome theme) there isn’t a woocommerce/emails folder, I’ve even checked via FTP in case the override section in Admin wasn’t picking them up.

It’s possible flatsome is overriding via hooks and filters and not through the templates. Have you tried activating another theme just to test?
